Your Tasks

  • Client Management & Development: Build loyalty within the existing client portfolio (account management) and acquire new clients (prospecting).
  • Sales Activities: Lead commercial negotiations, present proposals, negotiate contract terms, and close sales.
  • Consulting & Analysis: Identify client needs to propose tailored solutions.
  • Performance Monitoring: Achieve company-defined sales targets (KPIs).
  • Relationship Management & Networking: Maintain long-term client relationships and, when required, manage post‑sales activities.
The position will be located in Puglia.
Your Profile
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, active listening, and strong results orientation.
  • Hard Skills: Knowledge of products/services, proficiency with digital tools (CRM systems), and—when relevant—familiarity with online platforms.
  • Residing in Puglia.
