Global Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist to design, develop and lead our international TA strategy.

This is a greenfield role: you will create the TA framework from scratch and shape how the Group attracts talent worldwide.

As our Global Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will own the full global recruitment strategy, processes and execution. This is both a strategic and hands‑on role, working closely with leaders across the Group to support international hiring and future growth.

Main Responsabilities

• Build and implement the global Talent Acquisition strategy for all companies within the Collective
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for internationally positions
• Develop scalable processes, tools and best practices for all markets
• Strengthen employer branding and build global talent pipelines
• Partner with leaders to define role requirements and workforce planning needs
• Implement and optimize ATS and digital recruitment tools
• Track and report TA performance using data-driven insights

Key Experiences

5–6 years of international experience in Talent Acquisition (multinational, global or scale-up environments)

Key Knowledge & Competencies

• Proven ability to build or scale TA processes from the ground up
• Strong knowledge of global recruitment methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder xdwybme management skills
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• A proactive, agile, and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to thrive in dynamic, multicultural environments
