In this role you drive standardization and continuous improvement of SAP-based manufacturing processes across regions. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, validate and deploy MES enhancements, ensuring transparency and efficiency. You’ll manage a global key user network and act as the main liaison for local users, shaping how world trade moves through standardized production systems. This is a development‑oriented position in a multinational setting with room to influence the role and impact.

• Coordinate design of new requirements and communicate decisions
• Coordinate and manage the global key user network
• Serve as primary contact for local key users and manage deliverables (create, validate, test, deploy, train)

Responsabilità

• Completed university studies in business informatics, business administration, engineering or related field or completed apprenticeship with relevant experience
• Several years of professional SAP‑MES experience or in a comparable environment
• Experience solving problems with local key users and IT and analyzing business processes
• Strong elicitation and documentation of business processes and requirement specifications
• Good English communication skills; additional languages (German, French, Slavic) are a plus
• Willingness to travel internationally
