We are currently looking for a multifaceted and eagerGlobal Strategy & Business Development Associate Director , a key role for our corporate strategy and continued growth plans across all continents.

In this role, you will work on high-profile, strategic and operational projects that will help shape the future of our company. Reporting tothe Global Strategy & Business Development Director Carlo Zandi, you will join a high-performing team and work on the key priorities for our ambitious growth plans.

One of your immediate priorities will be to lead the integration program following the acquisition, ensuring full alignment with regulatory requirements (including antitrust constraints), while accelerating the realization of planned synergies and identifying additional value creation opportunities.

This role will play a pivotal role in shaping the integration of GN Hearing and accelerating Amplifon’s transformation into a vertically integrated global leader. This is a unique opportunity to be at the center of one of the most transformative transactions in the industry and to play a direct role in shaping its success.

Main activities and responsibilities

Lead the design and execution of the integration roadmap, ensuring clear accountability, milestones, and delivery across all workstreams

Act as a central point of coordination for senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment across functions and geographies

Proactively identify risks and bottlenecks, driving mitigation actions and recovery plans where needed

Support the Steering Committee and executive governance, preparing decision-making materials and recommendations

Drive performance tracking of integration initiatives, leveraging internal and external resources

Lead high-impact strategic initiatives across growth, business development, and transformation

Identify and develop new growth opportunities (products, partnerships, geographies, business models)

Support M&A activities, including screening, evaluation, and execution of potential opportunities

Generate actionable insights based on market analysis and competitive intelligence

Experience & Skills

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.

7–10 years of experience in top-tier consulting or in-house strategy roles, with a focus on transformation and change management. Experience in large-scale transformation or post-merger integration is a strong plus

Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams through change.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and engage stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

Mobile and open to travel

Workplace: Milan (Global HQ) with availability to travel globally when required.
