Your role at KIKO MILANO

We are looking for a Global Store Designer to join KIKO MILANO’s Store Planning & Design team, reporting to the Global Head of Store Design & Planning.

Such talent plays a pivotal role in shaping our customer experience, contributing to the creation and evolution of our physical retail spaces. The mission is that to continuously enhance brand identity, customer engagement experience, and sales performance across all existing and new stores by supporting the design process from initial concept to final implementation.


Through your contribution, you will help ensure a cohesive and innovative retail environment that delivers outstanding shopping experiences, strengthens global brand presence, and reinforces KIKO Milano’s position as a leading beauty brand.


In particular, you will:

  • Actively contribute to the development and refinement of store designs for current and upcoming retail formats, ensuring all environments align with KIKO’s ICON brand guidelines within the masstige segment.
  • Collaborate closely with Head of store design & planning to draw and maintain a cohesive and impactful brand aesthetic across all store concepts.
  • Research and analyze emerging retail, design, and consumer trends. Stay up to date on industry innovations, materials, and technologies to ensure designs remain current and competitive.
  • Manage projects, and new concept developments, while ensuring smooth communication between suppliers, headquarters, regions, wholesale clients, and other key stakeholders to ensure that project milestones and timelines are consistently met, from individual items to full concept rollouts.
  • Develop visual presentations, renderings, and 3D models to allow visualization and approval packages for new developments for executive decisions
  • Verify and approve vendor certifications, including samples, finish swatches, materials, fixtures, and equipment, ensuring strict adherence to the approved store concepts.
  • Maintain and update prototype specifications and create a comprehensive drawings library to support implementation across the store portfolio.
  • Continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of design process, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, from conception through execution.


What you will need to succeed

  • Minimum M.Sc. within relevant field of studies, i.e. Architecture & Design etc.
  • 5+ years in a relevant field with experience as Retail Store Designer, interior designer, ideally towards beauty industry, or in a comparable position
  • AutoCAD 2D, 3D
  • 3D modeling software
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Experience overseeing Design and planning process cross-functional workgroups cross-countries
  • Fluent in English
