Experteer Overview
You drive growth in Vertiv's Thermal Systems by forging and integrating strategic partnerships with technology providers. In this global role, you collaborate across sales, engineering, and external partners to expand our portfolio for data centers and AI-driven deployments. You identify market opportunities, define integration requirements, and lead partnership lifecycles from onboarding to commercial launch. This role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution to push heat reuse and on‑site power solutions forward.

- Identify and pursue new market opportunities across the thermal chain through market, customer, and channel research
- Define partnership requirements and align technology integration and go‑to‑market strategies with other product lines
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic technology partners and manage end‑to‑end partnership lifecycle
- Develop and execute business cases for partnerships and emerging technologies (heat reuse, on‑site power generation, absorption/natural gas chillers)
- Manage strategic partnerships with technology providers and drive NPDI activities to complete the product offering and launch OEM products
- Enable sales success via partner‑focused training, tools, and commercial support for integrated offerings
- Represent Vertiv at global/regional events as SME on partner technologies and Thermal Systems applications
- Support BYOP&C initiatives with a focus on partner‑integrated solutions
Responsabilità
- 10+ years of experience in product management, business development, strategic technical partnerships, or alliance management
- Proven track record in establishing strategic alliances, partnership negotiations, and OEM integrations
- Strong understanding of emerging thermal technologies and energy systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Global experience or international market exposure (preferred)
- Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
