Tools & Certification
- Proficiency with project management tools and MS‑Office (mandatory Excel and PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with analytical tools, reporting systems, and communication platforms (e.g., JIRA).
- Certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile methodologies) are considered a plus but are not mandatory if offset by substantial relevant experience.

Your role in the team
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our Global team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex projects related to the Sales area across all regions and for clients. You will collaborate closely with Sales, OPS, IT, Client Services, and various internal and external stakeholders worldwide to coordinate project activities, manage timelines, and deliver exceptional results within defined parameters.
- Lead and manage projects primarily related to the Sales area and clients.
- Define project scope, collect main requirements, and coordinate project activities in collaboration with key stakeholders (Sales, Product, IT, external providers, etc.).
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle and ensure accurate budget estimation and project analysis in collaboration with all involved parties.
- Manage communication and engagement with internal departments such as Operations, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Client Services, etc.
- Report to top management (recurrent meetings, SteerCo, Board Committee, etc.).
- Be directly accountable for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Assist on CAPEX analysis and definition.
- Monitor and oversee client change requests (e.g., CS List).
