Who we are looking for

Purpose

Within the Global Commercial Excellence team and reporting to the Head, Global Commercial Operations, the Global Sales Enablement Lead will equip customer-facing roles with tools and ways of working to ensure business strategy execution, effectiveness, and customer impact.

Main Responsibilities

The Global Sales Enablement Lead will oversee and execute strategy in the following areas:

  1. Defines Global Guidelines and recommendations, monitors execution, and enables content for adoption.
  2. Ensures consistency in CRM adoption of S&T models, Attributes, and Scoring.
  3. Partners with the Commercial Analytics Manager to monitor execution.
  4. Defines global criteria to recognize excellence in execution (Top of the Tops).
  5. Analyzes resource allocation and payout schemes in collaboration with the Commercial Analytics Manager.
  6. Defines guidelines and models for Key Account Management (KAM) tools and ensures CRM adoption.
  7. Partners with the Commercial Analytics Manager to measure and operationalize customer feedback.

The Lead will operate across business units (AIR, CARE, RARE) and liaise with affiliates and marketing departments. She/he will collaborate with the Customer Facing Roles Training Manager to build training and capabilities, ensuring continuous adoption. The Lead will be a primary reference for Sales Enablement strategy within the Business Excellence Team.

Education

Background in Engineering, Management, or Economics.

Experience & Skills Required

  • Minimum 10 years experience in Field Force Effectiveness, Sales Operations, CRM, or Customer Experience roles.
  • Proven track record in Segmentation & Targeting, Incentives schemes, and KAM tools models.
  • Experience in global and affiliate roles.
  • Pharma experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Soft Skills

  • Ability to work in matrix organizations and cross-functionally.
  • Outstanding communication skills for building relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong execution mindset with a theoretical background.

Languages & Location

The role is based in Parma, with a hybrid working model combining remote and office presence.
