We are seeking an experienced Sales Director responsible for driving new sales and revenue growth for the indaHash Self-Serve solution. This role involves developing and executing effective sales strategies to target global markets.

The key responsibilities include:

  1. Outbound Sales Activities: Engaging potential clients via cold calls, emails, and direct outreach to generate leads and expand the client base.
  2. Marketing Automation: Using automation tools to streamline sales processes, set up campaigns, and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
  3. CRM Management: Managing CRM software to track interactions, maintain records, and inform sales strategies.
  4. Sales Empowerment: Providing the sales team with tools, training, and resources to meet targets.
  5. Lead Generation: Developing strategies to identify and attract potential clients, understanding market trends, and creating compelling value propositions.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Expertise in outbound marketing automation and lead generation
  • Strategic sales planning skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis, CRM software, and reporting
  • Leadership and team management abilities
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Industry knowledge in SaaS and influencer marketing

Qualifications include:

  • At least three years of sales leadership experience in SaaS
  • Technical proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM, and lead strategies

Experience required:

  • Significant SaaS sales experience
  • Proven leadership in sales teams
  • Experience in international markets and client management
  • Strategic sales planning experience

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) involve revenue, lead quality, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost, and client satisfaction.
