Reporting to the Manager, Southern Europe Regional Protective Services, the Regional Protective Services Associate Manager is a full-time role responsible for crisis management; supporting emergency preparedness and response; physical security, standards adoption and systematic facility reviews; investigations; workplace violence prevention and planning; behavioural threat assessment and management; executive protection and event security support; travel security; geo-political threat monitoring; supporting security officer vendor selection, deployment and performance reviews; and corporate security related training within the area of responsibility (Italy).

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience related to relevant security experience
  • Motivated to work in a meritocratic, collaborative culture in which work ethic, humility, collaboration, and a “roll-up your sleeves mentality” are critical
  • Nimble, highly responsive, able to pivot quickly between projects and priorities and meet time sensitive deadlines. Uncompromised ethics and integrity
  • Industry recognized local and international professional security certifications are a plus
  • Degree and proficiency in English both in speaking and writing

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote a strong security culture, applying broad risk‑management expertise to support operations and ensure alignment with policies, procedures, and frameworks. Contribute to the definition and implementation of security strategies, plans, and controls, conducting systematic reviews and anticipating complex challenges that require cross‑functional collaboration
  • Encourage an integrated and effective security ecosystem by building trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, industry organizations, law enforcement, and government agencies. Maintain constant awareness of relevant EU regulations and decisions, ensuring that processes and actions remain compliant and up to date
  • Support crisis and emergency management, acting as a primary contact for internal and external stakeholders while handling sensitive situations with discretion. Manage vendor incident notifications and security assessments, ensuring timely analysis of events that may impact Accenture. Oversee information flow to leadership and coordinate employee communications, while also serving as the escalation point for the Security Operations Centers
  • Support security awareness training initiatives, helping strengthen organizational knowledge and safe behaviors. Contribute to executive protection and manage event‑related security to ensure a safe and controlled environment
