In this important role, you will be part of the global product group switchgear and serve as the vital link between our products and service teams. Your role is to ensure that our cutting-edge switchgear products are innovative, seamlessly installable, maintainable, and reliable in the field. You will shape processes and trainings that drive quality, performance, and customer satisfaction across our global operations.

Your Responsibilities

1. Own the global installation, commissioning, and maintenance manuals, ensuring on-site activities align with product needs.
2. Shape the training of service personnel, owning global training material and certification requirements.
3. Define and manage audit programs for training centers and field sites.
4. Establish qualification criteria for contractors.
5. Define the minimum service scope for each product, ensuring service continuity.
6. Define certification rules and customer training content.
7. Release maintenance manuals and training documents.
8. Provide product service-related input for product management.

Your Background

1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or related fields.
2. Proven experience in installation, commissioning, or maintenance of switchgear.
3. Strong knowledge of high-voltage switchgears.
4. Experience in document management and process definition.
5. Excellent communication and coordination skills across global teams.
6. Ability to define and implement structured processes and documentation.
7. Excellent English language skills; additional languages are a plus.
