Global Product Manager – XDR Business (Europe & South East Asia)

Our client, a global leader in IT infrastructure solutions, is seeking a Global Product Manager to drive innovation and excellence in their Extended Detection & Response (XDR) business across Europe and South East Asia. This is an opportunity to work with a dynamic, forward-thinking organisation that prioritises customer needs and cutting-edge technology to deliver industry-leading solutions in cybersecurity and cloud computing .

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with customers, sales, engineering teams, and senior leadership to shape business models and solution strategies.
2. Define and champion product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business needs and market trends.
3. Facilitate Design Thinking and product discovery workshops.
4. Manage and deliver high-quality product releases that support the XDR product catalogue.
5. Work closely with UX designers, strategists, and technical teams to create features and user stories.
6. Support Agile & PI Planning initiatives and maintain long-term product vision.
7. Identify potential challenges and proactively develop innovative solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Strong cybersecurity expertise, with knowledge in at least two of the following areas: network, endpoint, management, and security services.
2. Experience in cloud security platforms and SaaS security is highly desirable.
3. 3+ years of experience in a Product Manager role within a technology-focused organisation.
4. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
5. Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
6. Ability to translate product concepts into Epics, Features, and User Stories.
7. Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Agile collaboration tools, and SAFe/CSPO certifications preferred.
8. Familiarity with security analytics, incident response, threat hunting, MDR, and SOC services is advantageous.
9. Ability to travel across the EU region as required.
