• In this key role, you will shape the global product strategy and develop our portfolio strategically and in line with market requirements - with a possible focus on either technical or commercial aspects
• You will develop well‑founded business cases, conduct market and price analyses and implement effective marketing strategies
• You manage product launches, growth initiatives, and product discontinuations across all phases of the life cycle.
• As part of the team, you analyze the competition from a technical and commercial perspective and define clear product requirements, including MVP and claims
• You work closely with research and development, marketing, sales, and other interfaces to successfully drive innovation forward.
• In addition you create and coordinate targeted training, communication and presentation materials for international markets

Competenze ed esperienza

• Business degree and several years of professional experience in international product management or sales field preferred in the field of 3D printing.
• Experience in the dental, medical technology, or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of complex interrelationships.
• Experience in process and project management, application of lean & agile methodology customer orientation, strong communication skills, excellent presentation skills
• High social competence in a multinational environment
• Confident with English as working language. Additional languages are beneficial
• Willingness to international travel up to 20%
