Global Planning CoE Manager Demand & S&OP

Experteer Overview

In this role you will lead global Demand & S&OP standards within Campari Group’s Advanced Integrated Planning transformation. You will own the planning operating model, drive governance and adoption across regions, and enable AI‑enabled planning capabilities to improve decision‑making agility. You will partner with IT and regional CoEs to ensure end‑to‑end consistency and scalable processes that support a multinational FMCG environment. This is a chance to shape planning practices at scale and energize a global planning community.

• Define and improve global Demand & S&OP processes, models, governance, and KPIs
• Design and implement standard operating models, including planning cadence, RACI, and hand‑offs
• Ensure end‑to‑end consistency across regions, minimize local deviations
• Act as guardian of data integrity, KPI definitions, and planning assumptions frameworks
• Lead standardization and maturity evolution of S&OP / IBP processes globally
• Define and deploy global process frameworks, including FVA and maturity models
• Conduct regular process maturity assessments and drive improvement roadmaps
• Partner with regions to ensure adoption and execution of planning cycles
• Drive adoption of planning tools (e.g., SAP IBP) and new capabilities
• Define capability roadmaps and adoption plans with IT
• Manage releases and prioritize enhancements
• Lead UAT and ensure alignment with global standards
• Contribute to AI‑enabled planning capabilities, including agent‑based solutions
• Define planning capability framework and competency model
• Assess capability gaps and drive upskilling programs
• Build a global planning community and promote best practice sharing
• Enable data‑driven and AI‑supported decision making
• Act as change leader to drive adoption of global standards across regions
• Coach regional stakeholders and ensure proper training and documentation
• Balance global consistency with business needs to avoid fragmentation
• Act as global point of contact for planning in enterprise transformation initiatives
• Ensure integration of Demand & S&OP with Supply, Finance, Commercial, and Innovation processes
• Collaborate with Regional Planning CoEs and Global Supply Chain & other CoEs
• Collaborate with IT Business Partners and HR

Responsabilità

• 6–10 years in Planning / S&OP / IBP with increasing responsibility
• Global or regional planning leadership and transformation program experience
• Experience in process design, standardization, and operating model definition
• Exposure to multinational FMCG / CPG environments, multi-region and multi-category
• Experience with planning tools (SAP IBP preferred)
• Familiarity with AI/advanced analytics in planning is a strong plus
• Project and program management skills
