In this role you will serve as the strategic mobility partner to Division leadership, shaping mobility solutions aligned with business needs. You will lead a specialized team, deliver complex international assignments, and develop programs that turn mobility into a business resource. You’ll design education, manage division-specific mobility programs, and drive compliance and risk oversight. You will work across borders with global stakeholders to enable leadership development and talent mobility. Retribuzione / Benefits
Act as primary mobility advisor to Division leadership and align mobility with business strategy Lead and mentor the mobility team; allocate cases by complexity and development opportunities Provide sparring partner support on high-stakes international assignments and complex policy issues Design and deliver training programs to build management and HR capability on mobility Develop and manage division-specific mobility programs (leadership development, talent exchange, emerging market assignments) Ensure legal and regulatory compliance across mobility; coordinate with security and legal on risk mitigation Lead knowledge sharing and continuous improvement in mobility practices across the division Responsabilità
10+ years of global mobility experience with a track record of shaping mobility strategies Trusted strategic advisor; ability to influence senior leaders and partner across a global organization Expertise across immigration, tax, compensation, and policy design Strong commercial awareness and ability to align mobility with evolving business priorities Experience guiding stakeholders through organizational change and complex mobility issues Strong analytical thinking to translate data into insights; innovative approach to process improvement High cultural awareness and ability to collaborate across borders Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus
