Overview

We’re seeking a Global Media Manager to join a fast growing international luxury brand. The successful candidate will have knowledge of all types of media including traditional and digital channels. This role sits within the Brand Department and collaborates with cross-functional teams as well as external agencies and media partners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing integrated media strategies that drive brand awareness and enhance website performance globally. In this pivotal role, you’ll shape how the brand shows up globally by shaping impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead global media strategy across digital (social, search, display, video, influencer) and traditional (print, TV, OOH) platforms to maximize brand impact and performance.
  • Spearhead performance marketing campaigns that drive acquisition, e-commerce growth, and measurable ROI.
  • Partner with creative teams to develop assets that captivate audiences while staying true to brand identity.
  • Use data to tell stories — analyze metrics, identify insights, and optimize campaigns for continuous growth.
  • Manage global media budgets and ensure seamless end-to-end execution with agencies and media partners.
  • Stay ahead of emerging media trends and platforms, bringing innovative thinking to every campaign.
  • Provide actionable performance reports that translate data into strategy.
  • Support key product launches, influencer initiatives, and seasonal campaigns through impactful media planning.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–8 years of experience in media planning and buying, with proven expertise in digital and performance marketing.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • A strategic, analytical thinker who’s both data-driven and creatively inspired.
  • Skilled at managing multiple priorities under pressure — and delivering with excellence.
  • Proficient in digital analytics tools and performance measurement platforms.
  • Passion for fashion and luxury industries.
  • Fluency in English and Italian; French is considered a plus.
