About the Role
The Global Marketing Manager, CT Imaging plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing the Modality Marketing Plan on a global scale. Acting as the strategic bridge between global and local marketing efforts, this role is responsible for translating the CT Modality Plan into actionable initiatives that drive growth, enhance market share, and create long-term value.
The position is instrumental in defining and executing the global product and portfolio strategy, including product positioning, roadmap input, and lifecycle management.
Main Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Lead the development and implementation of the Global CT Modality Marketing Plan in alignment with the overarching Modality Strategic Plan.
- Identify key opportunities for product differentiation, value creation, and market expansion.
Brand Positioning & Messaging
- Define compelling product messaging and positioning strategies, ensuring alignment from strategy to execution.
- Collaborate with Global Marketing Centers of Excellence to develop impactful marketing assets and training materials.
Budget & Performance Management
- Manage the A&P budget to support marketing initiatives and ensure timely execution.
Global & Regional Collaboration
- Co‑develop the CT Country Marketing Plans with regional teams, tailoring global strategies to local market needs.
- Provide strategic guidance and support for local implementation of global initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong relationships with Scientific Societies, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and healthcare providers to reinforce the portfolio’s value proposition.
- Gather and analyze market intelligence to inform product positioning and competitive strategy.
- Identify and champion new initiatives to enhance the product portfolio and respond to evolving market dynamics.
- Support the Global Modality Director in leading cross‑functional committees and strategic processes.
- University degree required; advanced degree preferred (Marketing, Business Administration, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields).
- Minimum 7‑10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical device, or life sciences sectors, with at least 5 years in international roles with a strong focus on marketing strategy. Proven expertise in Medical Imaging is essential.
- Strong customer orientation and market insight, skilled in cross‑functional integration and process optimization.
- Highly capable of navigating diverse, multicultural environments with a global perspective.
- Encourages open, collaborative communication across hierarchies; leads by example with a proactive, “can‑do” attitude and with a passion for continuous learning and growth.
- Navigates ambiguity with confidence and drives results through influence and engagement.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally.
