A global industrial technology group with a strong focus on innovation and sustainability is seeking a Global Manager – Leadership & Talent Development to join its Corporate HR function, based in Northern Italy (Piedmont or Lombardy).
This role will play a key part in shaping and implementing global strategies for leadership growth, talent development, and organizational performance. Reporting to the VP of Talent & Leadership Development and working closely with business and HR leaders worldwide, the Global Manager will design impactful programs, foster engagement, and strengthen a culture of leadership excellence across all levels of the organization.
The position requires a professional with at least six years of experience in multinational or matrix organizations, ideally within corporate learning, talent management, or leadership development functions.
Main areas of responsibility include:
- Assessing development needs and designing leadership and capability-building programs that align with strategic priorities.
- Managing and supporting global initiatives on succession planning, talent reviews, and leadership assessment.
- Partnering with HR Business Partners and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment between individual development and business growth.
- Facilitating workshops, learning sessions, and leadership dialogues that promote collaboration and accountability.
- Driving innovation in learning through digital, blended, or data-driven approaches.
- Monitoring the effectiveness of initiatives through metrics and continuous improvement actions.
Candidates should hold a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Education, or related disciplines, and be fluent in English. Strong communication, analytical, and influencing skills are essential, as well as familiarity with HR systems and learning platforms. Occasional international travel is expected.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with assessment tools (360° feedback, psychometrics, development centers) and certifications in coaching, facilitation, or talent management is required. Previous experience in a corporate role involving global frameworks is also welcome.
