Campari Group is today the sixth-largest player worldwide in the premium spirits industry.General Description of the RoleIn the Technology & Services organization, the Data & Analytics Team is a strategic central hub to enable data centricity and data-driven decisions by transforming data into actionable and reliable insights to support business strategy and performance. The Data & Analytics team works closely with business departments and the technical team to manage the data lifecycle, as well as to design and deliver analytical solutions aimed at enabling more effective business decisions, improving performance and creating a competitive advantage by transforming data into actionable insights. The team leads data governance and data literacy initiatives, ensuring consistent, regulated and high-quality use of data across the organisation, whilst enhancing analytical capabilities through the sharing of expertise and the promotion of self-service tools. The team also supports business stakeholders in defining the data strategy to identify the key use cases that deliver value to the company, in line with strategic objectives and business needs.Within the Data & Analytics team, the Data & Analytics Manager – Finance and Support Functions Domains is responsible for ensuring that finance data and analytics effectively support financial performance management, decision-making, and value creation. This is a business-driven role that focuses on data governance, ownership of finance and support functions data products, and close partnership with function leadership, acting as the bridge between the Finance/Support Functions and Data Platform technical teams. It requires a solid understanding of the financial domains rather than in-depth technical expertise.Key Responsibilities and ActivitiesData Governance and ControlLead and embed data governance practices for core finance and support functions domainsDefine product vision, roadmap, and success metrics in line with functions strategyAct as a champion for trusted, consistent, and harmonized data and KPIs across global, regional, and local marketsDrive data quality controls for critical finance metrics used in performance reviews and external/internal reportingData Product OwnershipAct as Product Owner for Finance and Support Functions data and analytics products, defining the product vision, roadmap and key performance indicators in line with the business strategy and prioritiesTranslate business requirements into clear, prioritized data needs for Data Platform technical teamBalance global standardization with business flexibility required by regions and markets, ensuring scalability and usability of data productShare best practices and lessons learned across domainsStakeholder Management & Business PartnershipAct as a trusted partner to business leadership, including Head of Function, Global, Regional and local TeamsFacilitate alignment between business function and proactively manage stakeholder expectations, dependencies, and trade-offsLead governance forums and working sessions to resolve data issues, align on definitions, and prioritize finance analytics initiativesServe as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders and Data Owners and provide guidance on correct data usage and interpretationPerformance Management & Value EnablementIdentify high-value analytics use cases to enable finance and support function teams to shift from reporting to insightsDefine and track value realization from business analytics initiativesIncrease analytics literacy among business users, fostering self-service and data-driven decision makingContribute to enterprise Data & Analytics strategy from a business perspectiveRequired skills and experienceExperience & Background8-10+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Controlling, Finance Analytics or similar roles within a CPG/FMCG environmentStrong experience with finance and support functions data governance, KPI standardization, or performance managementExperience acting as a product owner or business owner for finance data or analytics productsExposure to global and matrixed organizations with regional and local complexityBusiness SkillsDeep understanding of how finance data supports business processes, performance management, and decision-makingStrong ability to connect finance data to business decisions and outcomesExcellent communication skills with senior stakeholders and non-technical audiencesTechnical Awareness (Non-Hands-On)Conceptual understanding of finance systems, data platforms, and BI toolsAbility to collaborate effectively with data engineers, analytics teams, and IT architectsKey competenciesStrong business acumen and deep understanding of business performance data, metrics, and analytical conceptsInfluencing and stakeholder management in complex environmentData product ownership mindsetAbility to communicate complex data concepts to non‑technical stakeholdersStructured problem-solving and prioritizationHigh attention to detail, accuracy, and controlStrategic mindset with strong execution focusClear, confident, and pragmatic communicatorIntegrity and respect for data confidentialityThe indicative annual gross salary (base salary) for this position ranges within 69,000-92,000 + 15% STI depending on the candidate’s experience, skills, and overall profile.The role is classified in accordance with the Quadro collective labor agreement – level 3.The position might also include a variable compensation component and a benefits package in line with applicable company policies.”Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:At Campari Group we believe in building more value together, thus we see diversity in all forms as a source of enrichment.
