Your role at KIKO MILANO

We are looking for a Global Learning Intern to join KIKO MILANO’s Global HR Team, reporting to the Global Learning & Development Manager.

Such talent will focus on supporting Learning & Development activities and processes.

In particular, you will:

• Actively work on revamping our internal E-Learning platform, according to the L&D strategy: content upload, KPI’s, engagement actions
• Take part in the learning content design process for the development of high-quality training solutions (live classroom, e-learnings, learning materials)
• Support the team in the day-by-day activities training related (ie mapping and activation of new partnerships, formazione finanziata, budget monitoring)
• Support the team in cascading and setting up the learning & development initiatives

What you will need to succeed

• Degree/Master in due to finalization or recently achieved
• Fluency in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (above all in PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
• Experience with graphic design, video editing tool, or e-learning content creation tools will be a plus
• Strong passion for Learning and Digital tools
