The Global Learning & Talent team is responsible for designing & driving initiatives & programs that support the Getir workforce to perform at their best. We are now seeking our next Global Learning & Development Business Partner to lead some exciting Senior Leadership Development projects!

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting Manager Capability : Partner on designing & delivering custom solutions that support Manager Capability globally. Work with Country business teams to identify & design specific requirements for Manager Capability. Create a culture of Peer Learning by driving Manager gtalks.

Senior Leader Development

• Engage with external partners to identify solutions for critical Sr Leader Development priorities. Track & drive adoption & share reports.

Mentoring Program

• Work with the Learning Team to launch an internal Mentoring program available for all Getirians. Partner with countries Learning Champions to drive adoption & share reports.

Getir Learning Catalog

• Partner with the Learning team to design content & internal solutions that address priority Learning & Development needs from each country. Facilitate programs on relevant topics. Track & drive adoption & share reports.

What You'll Bring

• Minimum 6 years experience in Learning & Development & partnering with Business (ideally in Tech sector).
• Stakeholder management experience & ability to collaborate with global teams.
• Solution design & content creation experience.
• Program facilitation skills and strong communication!
• Adept with data management.
