IBA is seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to act as a lead accounting resource within the Accounting group, supporting monthly and annual closes for local GAAP and IFRS, coordinating with the US Shared Services Accounting team for IBA USA, Inc. and Americas entities.
The role emphasizes collaboration across teams, oversight of external accountants for Canada & Argentina, tax and intercompany work, and process improvements while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
