GLOBAL KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER Heat Pump
Key account responsibilities include managing and expanding relationships with large customers and driving business development for key accounts within BU BFB.
About the Job
- Management of large customers defined as Key account within BU BFB: target 80% market share to AL for own customer group.
- Business Development for Key Accounts: market product & application leadership, brand communication and recognition, develop relationships at all levels.
- Implementing activities to secure: AL can quote all projects, we are the first choice to customer, negotiate commercial conditions in line with BU targets, target customer satisfaction through the whole supply chain.
- Bridging customer needs (product, service, quality) into the company, to fuel product development.
Main Activities
- Sales & GM Plan for assigned Global Key Accounts.
- Involve rest of organization around GKA to form Sales team (APS, OH, Quality). Follow up on all activities.
- Define and maintain ‘Active Project list’. This is key activities as 99% of what we do start from R&D project at customer side.
- Negotiate prices and conditions at Global Level. T&C in line with GKAM manager target.
Responsibility
- Yearly Sales & GM Development.
- Long-term strategy and Long-term forecast plan.
- Pricing and all T&C (AL wild).
- Global Sales responsibility in all countries.
Competences
- Build relations at all levels with Key Accounts.
- Technical skill preference from HVC industry.
- Senior Sales and Negotiation Skill.
- Communication skill, problem solving.
- Capability to work with different culture.
- Fluent English.
