Davines Group, based in Parma, is seeking an IT Service Desk Lead to manage the Group Service Desk operations and drive continuous improvement in IT service delivery. You will lead a team, resolve complex incidents, and collaborate with international stakeholders to ensure top-tier support aligned with our sustainability values.
The role requires at least 5 years in IT Support or Service Desk, strong ITIL knowledge, and fluency in English.
