Global IT Manager – Intelligent Automation

Campari Group, a global leader in premium spirits, is looking for a Global IT Manager – Intelligent Automation to oversee the end‑to‑end implementation of automation, AI, RPA, low‑code solutions across our business.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using RPA, AI, low‑code and ML tools.
  • Identify and assess automation opportunities with GBS, business and technology teams.
  • Manage the complete lifecycle of automation projects—from ideation to deployment and maintenance.
  • Create and maintain automation documentation, including design documents and technical specifications.
  • Monitor and analyze automation performance, and recommend improvements.
  • Provide training and support to end users.
  • Propose AI use‑case experimentation.
  • Stay current with advancements in automation technology and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Prepare status updates and SteerCo presentations in partnership with GBS.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams (SAP, Integration, Data platforms, CoEs) to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
  • Manage budget and vendor relationships, in collaboration with governance.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders and external providers to deliver and maintain the technology landscape.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience as an Intelligent Automation Manager or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of intelligent automation, machine learning, AI, preferably Microsoft technology and OpenAI.
  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, leadership, project management, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
  • Experience working in a multi‑cultural, geographically dispersed environment.
  • Knowledge of IT strategies, standards, policies, and processes.
  • Preferred experience in consumer goods companies and related solutions.
  • Fluent English; Italian knowledge a plus; another European language desirable.

Additional Requirements

Availability to travel internationally if needed.
