  • Explore new tools, formats, and initiatives to keep content fresh, engaging, and relevant.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication campaigns, sharing results with key stakeholders and identifying actions for improvement.
  • Manage the internal community, publishing and adapting content for different target groups, and ensuring alignment across geographies.
  • Coordinate and support local teams in identifying market-specific content and aligning their contributions to the global strategy.
  • Coordinate and deliver internal live events across HQ, global, and retail levels — from identifying relevant topics to managing logistics and content.
  • Engage speakers (internal and external), prepare presentations and materials, manage communications across all event phases, and track participation and engagement.
  • support the launch of key cultural initiatives by building launch strategies, involving internal stakeholders, and ensuring flawless execution from logistics to follow-up.

What you will need to succeed

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a multinational environment
  • Solid understanding of HR-related content, dynamics, and internal audiences
  • Experience in content planning, copywriting, and storytelling across various formats and platforms
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
  • Familiarity with graphic tools or basic video editing software is a plus (e.g., Canva, Adobe suite)
  • Previous experience with community platforms and content management systems is a plus
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret communication metrics and translate them into actionable insights
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential; additional languages are a plus

We would love if you had

  • Ability to learn on the job
  • Flexibility
  • Strong problem-solving skills & detail-oriented
  • Highly collaborative style & willingness and demonstrated ability to work in teams
  • Openness to a culture of continuous feedback
