The Project
You will join an international engineering and project environment involved in large-scale industrial and technical projects across Europe.
The company works on complex HVAC/CVC installations for mission-critical environments such as:
- Gigafactories
- Cleanrooms
Projects are delivered alongside major construction and engineering partners on highly technical sites.
The role is strongly operational and project-oriented, with long-term assignments on site (9–12 months depending on the project phase).
Current projects are located in Naples.

What You Will Do
- Manage HVAC/CVC projects on industrial and mission-critical sites
- Coordinate installation, execution and commissioning activities
- Ensure project follow-up regarding planning, budget and technical delivery
- Coordinate subcontractors and on-site teams
- Interface with clients, engineering teams and construction partners
- Ensure compliance with technical and safety standards
- Support technical problem-solving during project execution
- Participate in project reporting and coordination meetings
What We Are Looking For
- Experience managing HVAC/CVC projects in industrial environments
- Experience in data centers, cleanrooms, industrial facilities or similar technical projects
- Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems
- Mobile profile, comfortable working on international assignments
- Autonomous and hands-on mindset
- French and/or German are strong advantages
