We ensure a corporate culture based on Group Values, championing social, environmental, and governance initiatives that have a positive impact on the business ecosystem.Join our team, where you can sharpen your skills, join challenging projects, and grow in the field of **HRIS,** with the aim of **supporting the HR digital transformation integrating processes and systems**.In particular, you will be responsible for:* Serve as the primary point of contact and "super-user" for the Workday platform, providing expert guidance on system functionality and best practices to the HR team.* Manage and resolve daily inquiries from HR, managers, and employees, ensuring seamless system operation and data integrity.* Diagnose and resolve complex system errors, business process failures, and data inconsistencies through proactive root-cause analysis.* Collaborate on the long-term HRIS roadmap by identifying, testing, and implementing new Workday features and modules to drive operational efficiency.* Design, build, and optimize Workday Business Processes (BPs) and notifications to align with evolving organizational requirements.* Develop and maintain complex custom reports, dashboards, and calculated fields to provide actionable HR insights for stakeholders.* Create comprehensive user guides and deliver training sessions to increase system adoption and self-service proficiency across the company.* Knowledge and experience with WorkDay (WD).* Familiarity with HRIS configuration and integrations.* Strong knowledge of HCM foundation, business processes, specifically mass change loads and supervisory organization cleanup.* Knowledge about HRIS Business Processes, as well as in determining and communicating best practices in entering and maintaining systems data.* Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot the deep details of an issue and resolve them from end to end.* Experience delivering activities on time and with quality.* Pro-actively identify and escalate risks to the appropriate team and management.* Regularly communicate status and challenges to team members and management.* Driving change management, communication and training activities to support user adoption and maximise the value of Workday and new HR processes.* Monitoring and continuously improving data quality, process efficiency and user experience within Workday and interconnected HR systems.* Undergraduate or equivalent degree (preference for a focus in Technology Services or Computer Science)* 2-3 years of practical HRIS experience* Working knowledge of PM methodology and tools (such as MS Project and MS Excel Key Skills)* Fluent English Fluency in English (Level C1 +)* Knowledge of Spanish and/or French is considered a strong plus.Skills are important, but they are not enough.
