We are seeking a Global HR Operations & Analytics to serve as the operational and legal heart of our People team. This role is designed for a technical expert who thrives on the “how” of HR—managing complex payroll inputs, ensuring flawless administration, and scaling our processes globally.
You will be a key partner to the entire HR Operations Team, bringing a “doer” mindset and an out-of-the-box approach to support the company’s scalability. This is a high-potential role for someone who possesses vertical expertise in Italian payroll and the technical rigor to navigate international breadth and cross-border compliance as we expand our offshore presence.
What you’ll do

Payroll & Technical Administration:

  • Full Payroll Cycle: Manage the processing of payslips and all related tax and social security obligations.

  • Annual & Periodic Filings: Oversee annual requirements including Certificazione Unica (CU), Modello 770, and INAIL self-declarations, as well as periodic Uniemens filings.

  • Employment Lifecycle: Execute all procedures related to hiring, contract transformations, and terminations, ensuring all mandatory communications and legal filings are completed accurately.

Labor Law Consultancy & Compliance:

  • Specialist Advisory: Provide expert legal guidance on labor law, supporting the company in the correct application of regulations, protecting organizational interests, and managing employment-related litigation.

  • Contractual & Disciplinary Management: Offer consultancy regarding employment contracts, supplementary company agreements, and disciplinary proceedings.

  • Governance & Policies: Monitor the evolution of labor legislation and industrial relations. Draft and maintain internal policies, company regulations, and procedures.

  • Health & Safety Coordination: Ensure operational adherence to Health & Safety regulations (D.Lgs 81⁄08), coordinating mandatory training, medical surveillance, and the maintenance of safety documentation.

International Operations & Global Mobility:

  • Framework Design: Implement a scalable Global Mobility and offshore framework, defining policies for international assignments, shadow payrolls, and tax equalization.

  • Offshore Compliance: Ensure full adherence to international labor legislation, social security treaties, and administrative requirements for offshore jurisdictions.

  • Global Payroll Governance: Navigate the payroll and tax complexities of a distributed workforce, ensuring compliant execution across diverse regulatory environments.

What you’ll need 
  • Experience: 8+ years in a Senior HR Generalist or Operations role with vertical mastery of Italian payroll and labor law.

  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to apply an analytical and agile approach to international expansion, building administrative frameworks from the ground up to support scalability.

  • Technical Verticality: Deep knowledge of labor law and HR admin domain as well as proficiency in payroll software (e.g., Zucchetti, ADP).

  • Communication: Professional fluency in English is mandatory for managing international employee relations and legislative matters.

  • Education: Degree in Law, Economics, or HR Management with a specialized focus on Labor Relations.
