Are you ready to shape the future of a global business unit or corporate function from the ground up? As a Global HR Business Partner (m / f / d) , you will be the strategic HR Lead for a major business unit or corporate function, partnering directly with Global Vice Presidents to drive transformation, leadership development, and organisational integration across continents.
This is not just a business partner role - it's a builder's role. You will be at the heart of a global transformation and integration effort, bringing together dispersed entities into a unified, high performing organisation.
You will coach senior leaders, simplify complexity, guide the organisation through uncertainty, and partner with the central HR teams to architect the processes, standards, and structures that will define the future of our global workforce.
This role can be located on one of our offices or work remote out of Italy, Netherlands, Thailand, Indonesia, Czechia, Belgium, Germany, Ireland.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership : Act as a trusted advisor to global VP's, aligning HR strategy with business goals and driving people-related initiatives that support growth, innovation, and transformation.
- Global Transformation Leadership : Lead the HR dimension of integrating multiple entities into a cohesive global unit, ensuring cultural alignment, operational efficiency, and scalable structures.
- Leadership Coaching : Provide high-impact coaching and development support to senior leaders, fostering a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement - helping them evolve into a global mindset and way of working.
- Organisation Design & Process Building : Design and implement global HR processes, standards, and governance in partnership with the central HR teams.
- Change Management : The company is going through a big transformation from a collection of dispersed companies and entities into an integrated global company. You will champion change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and high engagement across regions and functions or service lines.
- Talent Strategy : Drive global talent management, succession planning, and workforce development strategies to build the capabilities for the future.
- Data-Enabled Decision Making : Balance the use of data, your own experience and innovation to inform strategic HR decisions and measure impact.
