Global Head of Strategic Training & Innovation

A multinational company is seeking a Global Head of Technical Training & Innovation to lead the development of a comprehensive global training strategy. The successful candidate will promote innovation by creating scalable training programs and collaborating with leadership to align initiatives with strategic objectives. This role requires at least 10 years of training management experience and a Master’s degree. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of innovation methodologies and be capable of managing resources effectively. The position is based in Italy, with options in Genoa, Milan, Rome, or Florence.
