We’re looking for a Global Head of Corporate Brand to define and drive the strategic brand direction for a growing international healthcare organisation. This is a rare opportunity to lead the development of a global brand identity at a pivotal moment of transformation. The business operates in over 100 markets and is on a bold growth journey across innovation, digital health, and specialised care.
The role reports to the Chief Communications & Public Affairs Officer and works as part of the global leadership team. It requires a creative and strategic brand leader who can shape corporate storytelling, strengthen reputation, and bring a unified brand to life across global audiences.
Head of Corporate Brand Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation and execution of a global corporate brand strategy aligned with business growth and purpose
- Define and manage visual and verbal brand identity, tone of voice, and expression across all touchpoints
- Build and maintain brand governance tools including a global brand book, templates, and digital assets
- Oversee corporate websites and ensure digital platforms align with brand values and messaging
- Develop and launch high-impact brand campaigns in collaboration with regional teams
- Manage relationships with external creative and design agencies
- Measure and optimise brand awareness, engagement, and reputation KPIs
- Act as brand guardian to ensure consistency across internal and external communications
What We’re Looking For:
- +8 years of experience in brand management, communications, or marketing within global organisations
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale brand identity across multiple markets
- Proven experience in leading integrated brand campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels
- Strategic thinking combined with hands‑on creativity and a strong sense of ownership
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience working in fast‑paced, matrixed environments
- Fluency in English; Italian is a plus
