You’ll shape brand architecture, drive innovation, and oversee go-to-market excellence across regions and channels. Your leadership will connect science with consumer experience, accelerating growth and building trusted, differentiated brands. Responsabilità

• Extensive global experience (12+ years) in consumer skincare/beauty/personal care marketing
• Proven track record leading global brands, innovation pipelines, and growth strategies
• Strong commercial and brand acumen across DTC, retail, and omnichannel
• Experience at the intersection of consumer marketing and dermatological science
• Leadership of diverse, international teams in a matrixed organization
