Job Description

  • Responsible for leading end user prescription activities and enabling the winning strategy in coordination with Sales Heads, Demo and Tender engineers.
  • Translate customers’ needs into a customers' roadmap in a holistic manner (solution requirements, implementation strategies, integration, phases, etc.).
  • Do live demos or use prepared demo resources (videos or any other material) to better explain use cases/functionality to customers.
  • Develop professional relationships with customers where TRUST is at the center.
  • Support regional teams with strong potential to lead End to End Sales process.
  • Primary KPI: Order Intake.
  • Secondary KPI: Opportunity Prescription.

Knowledge

  • Good knowledge of ArcGIS.
  • Good knowledge of ArcFM solution.
  • Has a good understanding of the application of GIS to electric utilities.
  • Full understanding of winning strategies and prescription for opportunities across the globe.
  • Professional presentation skills.
  • Full professional proficiency in English (ideally full professional in Spanish as well).

What qualifications will make you successful

  • Minimum 5 years in ArcGIS and ArcGIS Pro project execution, sales and/or solution design.
  • Minimum 3 years in ArcFM solution project execution, sales and/or solution design.
  • MSc in Computer Science / Engineering and/or MSc in Geographical Information Systems.
  • Passion attitude.
