We are looking for a Global E-KAM to drive the growth and performance of our e-commerce business at an international level. This role will be responsible for managing key online accounts, supporting omnichannel strategies, and leading global initiatives to enhance digital shelf excellence and commercial performance.

You will act as a strategic partner across markets, working closely with sales, marketing, and external stakeholders to unlock growth opportunities and ensure best-in-class execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage directly handled global e-commerce customers, ensuring strong relationships and sustainable business growth.
  • Provide sales support for B&M.com channels, aligning online and offline strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sell-out performance, identifying opportunities and driving growth initiatives.
  • Develop and implement e-retailer guidelines to ensure consistent brand presence and execution across markets.
  • Define and standardize workflows for new product launches, ensuring smooth and effective go-to-market processes.
  • Establish and optimize business development procedures to support scalable e-commerce growth.
  • Lead internal reporting, delivering insights and performance updates to key stakeholders.
  • Oversee price monitoring and digital shelf projects, ensuring competitiveness and brand consistency online.
  • Collaborate with teams on retail media strategies, maximizing visibility and ROI across platforms.
  • Coordinate with licensors and external partners, ensuring alignment and compliance with brand guidelines.

What we are looking for

  • Solid experience in e-commerce, digital sales, or key account management, ideally in FMCG or beauty.
  • Strong commercial acumen combined with an analytical mindset.
  • Experience managing international clients and stakeholders.
  • Good understanding of digital shelf, pricing strategies, and retail media.
  • Ability to structure processes and drive operational excellence.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
