As part of our next phase of global growth, we are undergoing a large-scale digital transformation focused on modernizing our system landscape, building a scalable enterprise data platform, and redefining our core business processes.


About the Role


We are looking for a Global Digital Transformation Intern – Data & AI to join our Digital Transformation team and actively contribute to reshaping how the company operates through data, AI, and process redesign.

If you expect a traditional internship, this is not. It’s your entry point into real transformation, you will work on global transformation initiatives operating at the intersection of business, data, and AI.


What will you do?


  • Functional thinking: understanding and reshaping how processes work
  • Data thinking: structuring information, flows, and logic behind those processes
  • Run and support process mapping activities (interviews, workshops, analysis)
  • Break down complexity into clear process structures and data flows
  • Contribute to the design of future (to-be) operating models
  • Build conceptual data models (entities, relationships, flows)
  • Produce sharp, structured outputs (not slides for the sake of slides, but tools to think and decide)


Requirements:


  • Master’s degree in engineering (Management engineering preferred), Computer Science, Digital Transformation – or if you are looking for a curricular internship
  • Basic knowledge of process mapping (BPMN preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of data modelling concepts (entities, relationships, data flow, canonical models)
  • Strong interest in AI applied to real work
  • Fluent English (minimum B2+)
