The Digital Marketing Coordinator drives the global digital presence of La Bottega Collective and its growing multi-brand ecosystem (La Bottega, Vanity Group, Beltrami, White Privé, Palatino, Colosseo). The role leads the strategy, execution, and optimisation of all digital touchpoints—ensuring a cohesive, elevated, and guest-centric experience aligned with our vision and mission.
The highest contribution of the role is to transform our digital ecosystem into a unified, data-driven, globally consistent platform that strengthens brand equity, enhances lead generation, and elevates our positioning as the leading multidisciplinary partner in luxury hospitality.
Main Responsabilities
Website Management & Digital Ecosystem Governance
- Manage La Bottega Collective’s corporate website and individual brand sites (including basic maintenance/consultancy of 2 retail platforms)
- Oversee site UX/UI, content updates, multilingual pages, analytics, and optimisation
- Build a unified digital architecture representing our 360° offer across business units
- Manage agency partners, developers, and internal contributors
SEO & SEM Strategy
- Develop and implement SEO/SEM strategies to drive qualified B2B traffic
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and performance audits
- Lead paid search campaigns with ongoing optimisation and ROI tracking
Email & CRM / EDM Strategy
- Own global EDM strategy and execution, including segmentation, automation, and testing
- Collaborate with Sales & Regional teams to build lead-nurturing journeys
- Ensure brand cohesion across all digital communications
Digital Content & Brand Storytelling
- Produce digital content aligned with craftsmanship, design-led ethos, and brand values
- Partner with Creative, Communications, and Brand teams to activate storytelling
- Manage publication of case studies, brand announcements, sustainability highlights, and project features
Performance, Analytics & Reporting
- Develop dashboards tracking digital KPIs
- Provide monthly and quarterly performance insights with recommendations
- Drive continuous optimisation informed by data and user behaviour
Digital Governance Across Business Units
- Ensure digital tone, identity, and UX consistency across brands
- Support business units with digital campaign tools, best practices, and training
Innovation & Emerging Opportunities
- Implement digital tools enhancing engagement (e.g., virtual showrooms, lookbooks)
- Explore AI-driven personalisation and automation technologies
- Monitor hospitality, design, and luxury digital trends
Key Experiences
- Proven experience in Digital Marketing, ideally in luxury, hospitality, beauty, design or premium lifestyle industries,
- Experience managing multi-site digital ecosystems
- Strong background in SEO, SEM, CRM/EDM platforms
- Experience in global or multi-brand organisations preferred
- Proven cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
Key Knowledge and Competencies
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Deep understanding of digital strategy, UX, SEO/SEM, CRM, analytics
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Search Console, CMS systems, and automation tools
