Global Customer Intelligence & CRM Insights Manager – Amplifon

Responsibilities

  • Lead a small team and ensure project objectives are met on time and to high quality standards.
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret customer data at a global level to provide actionable insights and recommendations to regional and country stakeholders.
  • Translate data insights into clear, compelling recommendations for marketeers and other stakeholders.
  • Lead regular product, pricing, and revenue analyses; monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and produce dedicated reporting.
  • Extract data for ad‑hoc analyses to deepen understanding of specific business questions.
  • Design, build, and maintain business KPI dashboards from raw, heterogeneous data, ensuring data quality and readability.
  • Create and manage data flows from data warehouses using SQL (Python is a plus).
  • Gather customer insights from Speech Analytics.
  • Act as a point‑of‑reference for the Global CRM team, working with IT to plan and prioritize CRM projects, optimize resources and budget, and manage data governance and data rooms.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience working with large data sets, building statistical models, and creating dashboards.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, or other BI systems / data analysis tools.
  • Advanced SQL skills; knowledge of Python is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills, mathematical abilities, and business acumen to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
