Global Corporate Lawyer - Compliance, M&A & Governance

A growing multinational organization in Rome is seeking an experienced Inhouse Corporate Lawyer to play a key role in developing and evolving their legal and compliance framework. The ideal candidate will contribute to key policies, support the Group Compliance Program, and act as a legal business partner. This role requires at least 5-7 years of experience in legal/compliance roles, a law degree, and strong analytical and collaboration skills. An excellent command of English is essential, and knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
