Your Mission:

We are looking for a highly motivated Global Communication Director to join our HQ based in Milan! Reporting to the Head of Global Marketing, you will play a crucial role in leading the development and execution of our global omnichannel communication strategy, ensuring consistency and impact across all touchpoints. This role will serve as a key strategic leader, collaborating closely with marketing and commercial stakeholders to strengthen our brand presence and sales performance globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead the global communication strategy across Retail, Wholesale, and Digital channels, ensuring cohesive messaging across all markets, platforms, and touchpoints.
• Lead the development and execution of communication campaigns and new product launches, with a strong emphasis on creativity and aesthetics.
• Drive brand storytelling and consumer engagement through innovative, creative and culturally relevant initiatives aimed to substantially increase brand awareness and relevance.
• Supervise social media marketing efforts: own the editorial calendar, identify content creation opportunities, monitor KPIs and reporting.
• Oversee content creation across photo, video and digital assets, ensuring all content is tailored to each platform’s native format, audience and tone.
• Manage 360 PR activities, including influencer partnerships, media relations, collaborations with brand ambassadors, and strategic press coverage.
• Lead brand events, pop-ups, retail activations and consumer engagement activities.
• Stay ahead of industry and creative trends, and competitor activity, to identify growth opportunities and inform forward-thinking strategies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing communication team, nurturing talent and promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence.

The Ideal Candidate:

• 10+ years of experience in branding and communication, ideally within premium, lifestyle, beauty, fashion or FMCG industries.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, social media strategy, and content creation.
• Solid background in Retail, with a deep understanding of consumer behavior.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing communication teams.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of successful cross-functional project management.
• A combination of creative flair and strategic thinking, with a passion for innovation and storytelling
• International mindset, excellent communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and multicultural environment.
• Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
