About the role:

We are looking for a Global Commercial Data & CRM Analyst to join our team and provide a comprehensive, data-driven view of commercial performance across Retail, E-commerce, and Wholesale channels .

You will be responsible for consolidating and analyzing sales data, monitoring key KPIs, and delivering actionable insights to support strategic and operational decisions. In parallel, you will play a key role in building and deploying the company’s CRM capabilities to strengthen client knowledge, retention, and long-term value across all markets.


Key Responsibilities:

Commercial Performance & Reporting

  • Collect, consolidate, and analyze sales data across all channels
  • Monitor key commercial KPIs: turnover, growth, UPT, AVT, cross-selling, conversion rate, sales density, channel performance, product performance, best-sellers
  • Produce monthly reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI
  • Analyze trends and competition, identify performance gaps and opportunities, and provide actionable insights

CRM & Client Analytics

  • Support the deployment of CRM data framework across markets and channels
  • Ensure consistency and quality of client data collection (Retail & E-commerce)
  • Analyze client data and KPIs: profiles, recruitment/retention rates, purchase behavior, client lifecycle
  • Measure impact of CRM and clienteling initiatives on sales
  • Recommend actions to improve client engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Retail, E-commerce, Wholesale, and Marketing teams to align reporting and analyses
  • Translate data into actionable insights for commercial teams
  • Support HQ and local teams with ad-hoc analyses to guide business decisions


Profile & Experience:

  • Around 3 years of experience in data analytics, commercial analytics, or CRM roles
  • Experience in an omnichannel environment (Retail / E-commerce / Wholesale) is a plus
  • Strong analytical mindset with solid understanding of commercial performance drivers
  • Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI
  • Ability to structure data, build dashboards, and synthesize insights for senior stakeholders
  • Organized, autonomous, and detail-oriented
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
