Overview
We are seeking a Client Operations Coordinator for one of our large global clients. The role involves delivering excellence in financial and operational governance, ensuring client satisfaction, and collaborating with international teams to follow global operations processes.
The coordinator will manage operational processes, support local markets in payment deadlines, PO management, issue resolution, and lead operational meetings. They will also own agency operations related to coordination, tools, and database management.
Responsibilities
- Attention to detail: Manage aspects of the client globally, maintain financial tracking, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Trusted advisor: Develop strong stakeholder relationships, manage financial tasks, and own recurring projects.
- Global coordination: Collaborate with international markets, execute processes, and foster effective communication.
Qualifications
Experience and Knowledge:
- 3+ years in operations/media finance
- Project management experience
- Interest in international project management
- Basic media understanding
- Experience in client communication
Technical Skills:
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Data management and interpretation
- Financial reporting interpretation
Soft Skills:
- Highly organized
- Effective communicator

- Process-oriented
- Teamwork and time management skills
Languages:
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
- Fluent in Italian
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
