color:black"> Role Description
color:black">We are looking for a Senior Application Engineer to join the
technical-commercial team. The successful candidate will be responsible for
supporting customers in the use of the company's solutions, providing technical
consultancy, application demonstrations and training, thereby contributing to
strengthening our client's position as a partner of excellence.

color:black"> Key Responsibilities

Present and explain products and solutions to customers and partners.

Recommend the most suitable solutions based on customers' production processes
and quality objectives.

Support customers in the implementation of solutions, ensuring improvements in
production performance.

Conduct application tests and technical demonstrations at customer sites and
company facilities.

Collaborate with the R&D department and the sales team to share technical
feedback from the market.

Participate in trade fairs, events and training sessions to strengthen the
company's visibility.

Travel up to 60–70% of the time to visit customers in Italy and abroad.

color:black"> Requirements

Technical background, preferably with a degree in Chemical, Materials or
Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines.

Previous experience (5–8 years) in technical/commercial roles within the glass,
chemical, or related industries.

Knowledge of key application technologies for chemicals in the glass sector, in
particular with roller coaters or screen printing.

Strong customer orientation and technical problem-solving skills.

Willingness to travel frequently at international level, up to 60–70% of the
time.

Excellent knowledge of English (additional languages are a plus).
