** We are looking for 2 Junior Analysts to join our Global Analytics & Insights Team. Application must be submitted in English. **



The Junior Analyst , within the Global Analytics & Insights Team , will be responsible for consolidating and analysing financial and operational data for our Multinational Clients. This role involves collaborating with internal business groups, operations teams, and external managers to enhance the customer experience with regards to their financial results. The Junior Analyst will execute client reports, troubleshoot data anomalies, and compile concise narratives for results prior to distribution to key business partners.

You will join a fast-paced, international environment within a young and dynamic team that strongly values onboarding, knowledge sharing, and collaboration - because we believe we achieve more together. Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are considered a strong asset.


Key responsibilities (non-exhaustive list):

  • Receive, manage and administer data regarding pool, captive clients and prepare their annual and quarterly reports
  • Analyse, inform and explain data of pool and captive clients to the Account Executives and Client Development Managers in the commercial office
  • Assist in informing and explaining data of pool and captive clients to the internal and external auditors
  • Responsible for the update of the pool and captive documentation (contracts, agreements)
  • Manage the captive warranties (extending to the letter of credit, change of guarantee or change of level...)
  • Identify, suggest and coordinate any necessary developments that are required to support business needs/expansions. This will include preparation of Business Requirements documentation, coordination with internal/external stakeholders

What we are looking for candidates with

  • strong ability (and willingness) to work with figures
  • strong analytical skills and high level of computer literacy, mainly in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • proactive attitude and able to anticipate the consequences of every decision taken (this comes with time & exposure but it is definitively what the incumbent will have to show)
  • ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines while delivering a high-quality work
  • a team oriented approach but still able to work independently



Ideal background would be

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a role combining data management, analytics and providing insights
  • combined with a degree in Quantitative field (Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences, Economics and Finance or similar)
  • knowledge/experience of life insurance or reinsurance is definitively a major asset
