Internship opportunity
We are looking for an intern for the International Relations, Global Alliances team who will be involved in all the activities and processes related to students participating in Double Degrees and Special Programs (e.g. CEMS and Themis), interacting with all the stakeholders involved, such as students, partner universities, and colleagues from different Bocconi Units.
The team is in charge of the development, management, promotion, selection, and academic recognition of the above-mentioned programs and supports incoming and outgoing students throughout their academic path.
In particular, the intern will be involved in the following activities:
- Communication activities and promotion of international opportunities among the students;
- International programs’ student selection process (application, rankings, etc.);
- Support the management of mobility scholarships (Erasmus and Support Fund )
- Management of the academic procedures for the recognition of international experiences, interacting with relevant colleagues from other Units;
- Supporting the organization of business visits for UB delegations abroad and foreign university delegations to UB;
- Database management, data analysis, reporting, support to the daily activities and projects.
Requirements
- Graduated with a Master’s Degree with an outstanding academic path.
- Work/study experience abroad (at least 6 months) is considered a plus.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent knowledge of both Italian and English languages.
- Soft skills: good interpersonal and team working skills; analytical and critical thinking; a hands-on approach and problem solving; customer oriented; able to organize and manage the work timely and autonomously; communication skills, and strong attention to detail.
