Offer Description
The research activity will focus
on classical issues belonging to the traditional philosophical-legal and legal-theoretical
reflection, paying particular attention to a historical-philosophical and genealogical
approach. More specifically, the research aims to investigate the roots of some categories
and coordinates that crucially inform the legal normativity, such as, for example, the
connection between normativity and spatiality or the idea of “institution”, or, more
generally, the relationship between legal “form” and the historical dimension.
