Join our passionate journey and fulfill your potential and creativity.Your OpportunityThe profile we are looking for is an ERP Specialist, with solid experience in Dynamics 365 F&O, to join our IT team who will work across different functions (Finance, Sales, Operations and Supply Chain). This role offers the opportunity to work closely with different business units, suppliers and Group stakeholders, proactively identifying ERP improvements and supporting the evolution of key business processes.How you will contributeSystem Maintenance and StabilityPlay a key role in the management and resolution of functional issues reported by internal users, either independently or by coordinating with external vendorsMonitoring system performance and coordinating with external partners for technical interventionsManagement of periodic platform updates (One Version), including impact analysis and regression testingMaintenance and enhancement of existing customizations in X++Evolution and ProjectsCollection and analysis of improvement requirements from different Business UnitsDesign of new configurations, extensions, or automations to support production and commercial processesCoordination with developers and external partners for the delivery of custom solutionsSupport for integration with other company systems and/or external interfaces (e.g., MES, B2B e-commerce, customer portals, etc.)Training and support for key users on newly released functionalitiesWho you areProven experience with Dynamics 365 F&O (or AX 2012 with transition to D365 in progress).Strong experience with Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Cash Management) and Supply Chain/InventoryFamiliarity with manufacturing processes in Dynamics 365 (BOMs, routing, production orders, batch management and traceability)Knowledge of X++ sufficient to analyze, modify, and extend existing customizationsDetail-oriented and well-organized, with strong multitasking and prioritization skillsProactive, eager to learn, with solid communication and teamwork abilitiesFluent in Italian and English (minimum B2 level)Nice to haveExperience with Azure DevOps and LCS for environment lifecycle managementKnowledge of the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)Experience in manufacturing environmentsWhy work with usThis is an excellent opportunity to join the Kering adventure in a moment of extraordinary transformation and become part of a dynamic team in a global Luxury group that offers endless possibilities to learn and grow.
