  • Bolzano, Autonomous Province of Bolzano – South Tyrol, Italy
  • Role: Business Development Representative (B2B Sales – Cloud Technology)
  • Salary: 11,000 PLN gross/month + Quarterly Bonus (from 5,000 PLN+)
  • Work Model: Krakow, Poland /Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days home) Required (There is Relocation Package for Work-Permitted Candidates)

Job Overview

Looking to move beyond transactional sales and build long-term, high-value client relationships?

This role is designed for sales professionals who want to act as trusted advisors , not just closers. You'll work with a global technology leader, supporting SMBs, agencies, and C-level stakeholders in a cloud-driven environment — identifying opportunities, solving business challenges, and driving sustainable revenue growth.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and grow existing client accounts using a consultative sales approach
  • Identify new revenue opportunities within your portfolio and build a strong sales pipeline
  • Engage with decision-makers (including C-level) to understand business needs
  • Recommend and position cloud-based solutions aligned with customer objectives

Handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close high-quality deals

Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless customer experience

Stay up to date with technology and cloud industry trends

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 1+ year B2B sales experience (prospecting closing cycle exposure)

Strong ability to negotiate, influence, and build relationships

Experience engaging with business clients or decision-makers

Basic understanding or interest in cloud-based technologies

German (B2+/C1) and English (B2) communication skills

Solution-oriented mindset with strong ownership and accountability

Willingness to relocate to Kraków (mandatory)
