Your Role As a
Logistics & Delivery Advisor , you'll help customers with shipment and delivery-related inquiries while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities
Supporting customers in German
Handling delivery and logistics inquiries
Solving shipment-related issuesProviding accurate information and effective solutions
Working closely with an international team
What We’re Looking For
Native or fluent German
Good English skills
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (1 week per month from the Sofia office)
