About the Role:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist , you will support businesses in optimizing their digital advertising campaigns , helping them achieve their marketing and sales objectives . You will work closely with clients, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tailored digital marketing strategies
- Provide performance-driven recommendations to maximize ROI
- Engage with clients via phone, video calls, and email to build strong relationships
- Work towards achieving key performance metrics and sales targets
What Were Looking For:
- Fluent German (C1+) and proficiency in English
- Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience (6-12 months) in digital advertising, PPC campaigns, or outbound sales (preferred)
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Passion for digital marketing, technology, and continuous learning
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary: 24,310 30,000 gross per year (based on experience)
- Performance bonus package: Up to 3,000 - 4,290 gross annually
- Hybrid work model: Based in Barcelona
- Relocation package: Includes flight ticket, one-month accommodation , and health insurance support
- Permanent contract with a full-time schedule (Monday to Friday, 39h/week)
